1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering on testforrank.com, downloading the Android mobile application, or attempting any mock test, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Examination Disclaimer & Independence

          Important Disclaimer: Test For Rank is an independent digital educational testing and assessment platform operated by ROOTNEURONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
        

"JEE Main", "JEE Advanced", "NEET UG", and "MHT-CET" are registered trademarks and examinations conducted by autonomous government testing authorities (such as the National Testing Agency - NTA, Indian Institutes of Technology - IITs, and the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra). Test For Rank is an independent preparatory platform and is not affiliated with, approved by, or sponsored by any government examination council. All practice tests and answer keys are curated by subject experts according to published official syllabus guidelines.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during student registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account sharing or selling credentials to multiple users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, custom test generation algorithms, MCQ databases, explanations, diagrams, user interface designs, and branding associated with Test For Rank are the intellectual property of ROOTNEURONS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content solely for individual, non-commercial exam preparation. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or data scraping is strictly prohibited.

5. Live National Tests & Fair Play

When participating in Live All-India Tests, students must adhere to fair academic testing standards. Any use of automated bots, multi-device exploitation, or collusion will result in score disqualification and account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy in question papers and solutions, Test For Rank and ROOTNEURONS PRIVATE LIMITED do not guarantee specific ranks, exam percentiles, or admissions into educational institutions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
