Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Mock Tests & Practice Tests

Test For Rank offers free access to initial practice tests and sample custom test generation without requiring credit card or payment details. No charges are applied without explicit student authorization.

2. Digital Goods Nature

All subscription plans, custom test series packages, and premium answer keys are digital, intangible products that are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following verifiable conditions:

Duplicate Transactions: If your bank account or card was charged more than once for the same subscription or test series due to technical gateway issues.
Technical Non-Delivery: If payment was successfully debited but the subscribed test series or custom builder features failed to unlock on your account within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

          Non-refundable Situations: Once mock tests or question sets have been attempted, or if a user changes their mind regarding exam preparation, refunds cannot be issued.
        

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund claim, please email our support team at support@testforrank.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]" and provide:

Registered student name and email address.
Payment transaction ID / Order receipt number.
Screenshot or bank statement showing the transaction charge.

5. Refund Timeline & Mode

Once approved, refund amounts are initiated within 24 to 48 hours and will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard banking clearance cycles.
